先日の休日はスーパー銭湯でゆっくり過ごしました。
膝の調子が悪く水も溜まっているので、大きなお風呂で温まりたいと思っておりました。
お膝に水が溜まると【膝蓋跳動】と言って、膝のお皿が上下にプカプカと動きます。
水が溜まると関節の動きが更に悪くなり痛みも憎悪します。
良く温めてバスタブ内でマッサージをしましたら痛みが軽減し腫れもひきました。
サウナに10min and 水風呂2minを*1time。
サウナ5min and 水風呂2minを*2times。
塩サウナでお塩をお膝に置きながら5min*2times。
【サウナ飯】で仕上げました。

On the last Tuesday, I spent a relaxing time at a “super sento”.
My knees were not good, there was fluid in my right knee, so I wanted warm up in a big bath.
When there is fluid in a knee, it is called 【patella jumping】and it moves up and down.
In addition to, my knees are not stable.
I feel sometime as if it is falling out below a knee.
In such cases, the range of motion becomes even worse and the pain is also severe.
After warming it up well and massaging it in the bathtub, the pain decreaced and the swelling went down.
1time for 10min in sauna and 2min in cold bath.
And then, for 5min in sauna and 2min in cold bath *2times.
For 5min in steam sauna while placing salt on my knees *2times.
I finishied to eat 【sauna-meshi】.
