Next month, the world tournament for athletes with hearing impairments [Deaflympics] will be held.
On the occasion of the 100th anniversary, it will be held in Tokyo for the first time in Japan!
Unfortunately, it is still not known to many people.
In Japan, awareness of sports for people with disabilities is low, and our efforts of the Tokyo Acupuncture Association are also struggling with funding.

The Tokyo Acupuncture Association will participate in the care of athletes at the Tokyo 2025 Deaflympics.
I, Keiichiro Amano, will also participate in this historic tournament as a member of the Tokyo Acupuncturists Association, utilizing my experience at the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Village General Clinic!
【Our Mission】
• To transcend language barriers, transcend disabilities, and be close to the body and mind for each athlete.
• Conditioning athletes through the procedure to help them perform at their best and encourage fatigue recovery.
• To prove that acupuncture, a traditional Japan medical technique, can be useful to athletes around the world.
• To offer hospitality to athletes with the precision and high quality of treatment that only Japanese acupuncturists can provide.
【Activity Period and Location】 November 20 (Thu) ~ 25 (Tue), in the National Olympic Memorial Youth Center.
Unlike the Olympics and the World Athletics Championships, which were exciting this summer, it is not well known, so there is not enough funds.
In order to prove the wonders of acupuncture in Japan to the world on this valuable occasion, we are soliciting support for our activities through crowdfunding.

• Expences for setting up a treatment booths where athletes can feel safe.
• Cost of consumables such as highly secure acupuncture and equipment to accommodate many athletes.
•Treatment booth planning and operation of overhead and labor costs.
