My result was unbelievably late,
But I enjoyed taking a hot spring after the race soon ♨️

I felt into “hunger knock”from the latter half of second lap of my bicycle part.

I had lunch too early and to little 😅

I had cramp on my both legs.

When I started running,not only my legs but also back and abdominal muscles started to cramp.

Is this also due to the three year gap caused by pandemic?😅
