I went cycling first to Yamashita park on yesterday’s holiday.

And then to Hayama of Miura peninsula 🚴🌊

The wind was strong.
People who were windsurfing at the Morito Beach looked happy 😊

I went into the sea in Shichirigahama to prevent heatstroke.
It felt very good 👍 😊
