I’m going to participate in Beyond tomorrow.
I ran at a pace of the actual race in this morning.
But I ran too fast for the first 2k.
There will be pacer tomorrow, it should be OK.
I will take 3h 20min “train” tomorrow.
I can run to the halfway point at a pace of 4’45 per 1K.
From there, it’s important how much I can run with guts😊
