There are many customers in my acupuncture clinic who participate in Tokyo marathon 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

I am asked by customers what to eat the night before or what to eat in the morning of the race day.

“Routine” is very important.

It’s important to make our own routine,
About what to eat,what time to get up in the morning,
and what to do when we arrive at the match venue.

If we have our own routine,
We can perform well and don’t get nervous 😊
