お仕事前に、世界陸上、男子マラソンを観てきました。
沿道には早朝から多くの方が来ていました。
声援がビルに響いてこだましていました。
現場の臨場感はテレビからは伝わらない迫力がありました。
小さなお子様をお連れになったご家族連れが来ると最前列を譲ってあげたり。
日本人選手が通過する時に大歓声なのは当たり前ですが、どこの国にランナーが来ても、皆さん、大きな声援を送っていました。
そして最後尾のランナーが通過するまで、ほとんど帰る人はいませんでした。
I have watched the World Athletics Championships and Male Marathon.
Many people came along the course from early morning.
The cheers echoed in the buildings.
The sense of realism at the scene was powerful that could not be conveyed from TV.
Everyone was well-behaved and had great manners.
When a family with small child came, they gave up the front row.
It is natural that there is a big cheer when Japan athletes pass by, but no matter which country the runners came, everyone cheered loudly.
And almost no one left until the last runner passed.
