I ran more than 10k for the first time in 3 and half months without rest since I got injured.

In other not to put a burden on my leg, I was conscious of the center of gravity, the base of support and the ground reaction force and tried to run as efficiently and easily as possible.

And then, I did pull up.
I was injured and couldn’t run, from early March, I’ve been doing pull up for the first time in 3years.
At early March, I was able to do it only once.
But this morning, I was able to do it 6 times.Continuity is power 😊

I took a X-ray on last Tuesday.
The bone was stuck together.
The doctor told me that it was over today.

今朝は6回できました。

目指せ細マッチョ復活

昨日と今日の差はありませんが

3ヶ月前と今日は大きな差があります

継続は力なり
