I participated in Otawara Marathon.

I felt good during running in the first half and the pace was less than 3h 30 min.

Actually, I had a strain back November 5th.

My lower back gradually started to hart.

When I ate Yokan at 18 km point, I suddenly felt sick.

I was exhausted at once.
I vomited it at 20km point.
And then I ran slowly and walked.

I recovered a little after passing 30km point.

However the pace was suddenly slowed from 20km point to 30km point.

My time was over at the checkpoint of the remaining 5k.

I couldn’t complete the race.

I’m going to improve my lower back properly.

But I enjoyed the marathon after long time.

少しずつ腰が痛くなってきたら気分が悪くなり

羊羹を食べたらさらに気持ち悪くなり

レースで初ゲロッピー

フルマラソンで完走できなかったのも初めて

名物のお味噌汁はいただけました 😊

戻ってこれませんでした😹
この前で記念写真を撮る予定が😹
お味噌汁が慰めてくれました😅
お朝食。朝は絶好調でした😆
